Install Fatal error

I receive the following error when enter the url in my browser..

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in C:\wamp64\www\myit\install\index.php on line 1263

I have the following versions running
Apache 2.4.18
PHP 5.6.19
MySQL 5.7.11

change that line to
function set_path()
is a php version issue new versions " Cannot re-assign auto-global variable"
