adding this tool in ARC GIS

how is possible to add this tool in ARC GIS i tried to add it as py script in tool box it didn't work?

I'm having this same problem. I have executed this tool on my PC at work with the same version of ArcMap (10.5) and OS, but am not able to on my home desktop. Spatial analyst is on and checked out.

Things I tried so far without any success: repair process, completely new installation, renaming registry ArcToolbox-/ESRI-folder, new Windows-Profile

I'm using this for a school project and need to be able to work on both PC's but I'm at a complete loss of what else to try at home. I'm not a complete novice, but maybe I am missing a very simple step? Is there any chance you could give a step by step installation guide with this? I realize it's been since 2016 that you've done anything with the tool, but it would help me a lot! (I've tried the arcpysa-import-fix and all other branches as well)
