I am attempting to use GRACE EnKS as my assimilation routine while assimilating NOAH 3.6 and SMAP L3_E soil moisture data. I get the following error which leads to an endrun: Data averaging factor: attribute not found Stopping.
I can not find anything about the Data averaging factor in the user guides and therefore do not know how to move forward
