I am attempting to use LVT to conduct data intercomparison between a NOAHMP-4.0.1 OL and NOAHMP-4.0.1 SMAPDA run. Both LIS runs were completed successfully. However, when I run LVT, I get the following error in my terminal: "Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference". However, I do not get any errors in my log file, so I am as of now stuck and unsure how to proceed. I have attached both my log and config files for my LVT run.
I have also tried this using outputs from OL and DA runs with the NOAH 3.9 model and get the same error when trying to run data intercomparison with LVT.
Although, LVT does work properly with OL and DA runs using the NOAH 3.6 model. So I assume there is an issue between the NOAH 3.9/NOAHMP 4.0.1 models and LVT.
Also, ulimit -s unlimited does not fix the issue
