Slow and Interrupted Running process of LIS Irrigation module

Hello, I am trying to run LIS 7.4 Irrigation module along with Noah-MP3.6.
During Spin up keeping irrigation module off, it runs smoothly. While main experiments (Irrigation module turned on) in restart mode taking restart file from spin up output, the process runs well initially (one month output for both surface model and irrigation within 5 minutes), but after 5 moths output the process keeps on slowing ( one day output in 30 minutes) and suddenly stops midway with incomplete output of 9-10 months only. I have attached the lis.config file above. Met forcing I am using is MERRA-2. I am using 36 cores in one node ( 6 along X and 6 along Y). Here is the irrigation configuration below:

It can be observed in lislog file that the parameters SHDMAX and SHDMIN is getting read again and again and the process becomes slow after 5 months results.


After 23hours 45min it stops with only 9 months results where it was supposed to take 60 hours to run for 15 years. And in the log output file it shows bad termination of the program.

Kindly look into the problem and give necessary suggestions to resolve this issue.
