I need help running some land cover sensitivity tests on LIS version 7.2.
I am using a reclassified ESA-CCI dataset for the IGBP-NCEP schema. When I run ldt.config to generate the "lis_input.saldas.esacci.d01.nc" the land cover only has the water class (17).
I emphasize that I already ran this same script with "igbp.bin", however the same does not occur with the file "igbp_esacci_AS.hdf".
In log.ldt0000 I don't find any error and the land cover file I can visualize correctly in the GIS software (QGIS).
Attached are gdalinfo output for "igbp_esacci_AS.hdf" (gdalinfo_igbp_esacci.txt), ldt.config and log.ldt000.
