Issue Description

Add one or more structs that can hold data related to particular Henry's Law partitioning and condensed-phase chemistry in the cloud chemistry module.

Acceptance Criteria

• Data for each process that results in a change in chemical species concentrations is stored in one or more new structs
• Reaction rates and other run-time calculations are performed in functions that operate on instances of these new process structs.
