Test Updated MONET for out of core capabilities #401
Description
Can I get some help testing the updated MONET the #169 PR in noaa-oar-arl/monet#169
This PR in Monet does several things
- better accessor structure instead of one massive file
- desk friendly regrinding for xesmf and pyresample
- added new .remap function to access both nearest and bilinear functionality
- update stats to be xarray/dask friendly
- move to modern pyproject.toml
- updated map plotting functions
- new facet grid plotting functions
- new compare function to compare two xarray.DataArray's
- updated docs
