Description
The IODA files generated by the current version will creat longitude values in MetaData group within different ranges, within [-180, 180] (gnssro) or [0 360] (aircraft, sondes, satwind, sfc). This will bring some issues for some QC, like the regional domain check relying on the min and max value of longitudes. We should make sure those longitude values are within the same range.
