Surface observation variable names should be consitent with UFO

Currently, the surface observation variables in the sfc obs IODA file are airTemperature, specificHumidity, windEastward, and windNorthward, respectively. According to the 'sfccorrected' operator in UFO, these variable names should be airTemperatureAt2M, specificHumidityAt2M, windEastwardAt10M, and windNorthwardAt10M.
Although the 'sfccorrected' operator has not been used in our experiments, we need to ensure consistency with the UFO.

@mos3r3n According to the ObsSpace.yaml schema, variables with the 2M suffix (e.g., airTemperatureAt2M) are not considered equivalent to their base counterparts (e.g., airTemperature). They are defined as separate variables in the schema.

For example, airTemperature and air_temperature are treated as equivalent since they appear in the same variable list. However, airTemperature and airTemperatureAt2M are defined separately and, according to the schema, should be treated as distinct variables.

Thanks @mos3r3n for opening this issue. However, it seems like the PR3708 in UFO has not been merged yet.
Let's keep an eye on @byoung-joo's question (thank you BJ for posting that question for more clarity)

I discussed this with our observation team and yes, we recommend airTemperatureAt2M for near-surface (not at surface) temperature observations.
