Incomplete obs2ioda build

Just passing this along, and it's possible I did something silly, but when compiling, it failed toward the end (at least obs2ioda_v3 was built):

@weather4evr This bug is fixed in #86, which should be merged within the next day!

@weather4evr The fix for this issue was merged into both the main and release/1.0.0 branches yesterday. If the problem is resolved on your end with these changes, I’ll go ahead and close the issue.
