Add units attribute to MetaData group variables #94
Description
Several variables in the MetaData group generated by obs2ioda are missing the required units attribute, as defined by the IODA schema. This triggers warnings during validation with ioda-validate.x and could cause future compatibility or interpretability issues.
These missing units do not currently break processing, but they represent a clear schema violation and should be fixed to maintain format compliance.
