Eventuell könnte man auf der Landing-Page der Knowledge Base immer einen Link zu einem zufälligen Artikel anzeigen? Ich denke, Personen, die auf der Landing-Page landen, wissen eventuell noch gar nicht ganz genau, was sie suchen. Daher gibt es ja die unterschiedlichen Einstiege. Vllt könnte ein Random-Einstieg auch hilfreich sein?
