Should deploy a grafana to look at:

Node stats (CPU, RAM, disk usage, updtime)
Traefik stats (Requests per second, Error rate per endpoint/per project)
Longhorn stats
Postgresql stats (using the existing cnpg operator)
MongoDB stats
K8s stats

Should deploy a center logging service that encapsulates all projects logs (Grafana Loki):

Should also securely deploy Hubble.
