Suggestion to remove the "Do you really want to exit the app" dialog

I overheard @bdmendes saying something like "it's obvious that if someone tapped the back button, they want to exit the app" - I agree with that.

Also, it sometimes "doesn't work". I don't have a reproducible example unfortunately. I was just tapping on different tabs on BottomTabBar a lot and taping back button a lot.

Furthermore it doesn't really work well with Android 14 Predictive Back Gesture, or at least I wasn't able to make PopScope work like WillPopScope worked.
