We wouldn't be able to use pre-existing Github actions. Furthermore, the self-hosted plan for Cirrus CI is subscription-based, meaning that even if we provide the compute, we would still need to pay for usage in private repositories.

That wouldn't be feasible for our size, in my opinion.
