Investigate ways to execute database migrations in a Spring-friendly way
Clone role model
Clone generation model, changing year
Associate per-activity roles to new generation roles (no need to keep activity role history per mockups)
Add new generation roles to migrating users (do not delete old ones to keep history)

Maybe this should be done on the frontend, but we should to look it after the MVP
