commmunity and issn not working

it seems that there are issues with Zenodo API with ISSN and Commmunity fields.
For the time being these must be added manually.

For the community to appear on the record, uploads ust be manually approved here

However, if the account from which proceedings are uploaded is a member/owner of the community, with the current settings, approval should not be needed ("
