input boundaries now showing up

I do not get the input boundaries listed when running ww3_grid in ww3 v 6.07.

To Reproduce
Attached are the input files:
ww3_prep.inp.txt
ww3_shel.inp.txt
globalwinds.dat.txt
ww3_grid_medplus.nml.txt
ww3_grid_medplus.inp.txt
namelists.nml.txt
ww3_grid_global.nml.txt
ww3_grid_global.inp.txt

I run the ww3_grid for the global run and then I using ww3_grid_global.inp.txt as the ww3_grid.inp and ww3_prep.inp and ww3_shel.inp and then I copy the nest1.ww3 to nest.ww3 and run the medplus nest using ww3_grid_medplus.txt as ww3_grid, along with ww3_prep and ww3_shel.

Expected behavior

I expect to see input boundary points when running ww3_grid for the medplus nest but do not.
