ww3_prnc not able to handle NaN as fillvalue #1292

Describe the bug
if a variable attribute _FillValue is NaN, ww3_prnc will work but when running ww3_shel/ww3_multi, it crashes

To Reproduce
forcing field with NaN as _FillValue

Expected behavior
at least we should stop ww3_prnc processing and provide an error message.
The best option would be to able it correctly
