Hello - I am trying to run ./create_experiment.py to create an SFS experiment, using the top of develop, and when I do I get the following error:

AttributeError: 'SFSAppConfig' object has no attribute 'fcst_segments'

Remove replay from global workflow  (#4182)

This PR removes replay capabilities from GEFS, SFS, GCAFS and GFS
because replay is no longer supported and used in development. The GEFS
replay CI test has also been removed.

I checked out that hash of the global-workflow, re-ran create_experiment.py on the same case. I got no error.

@benjamin-cash I was able to replicate this issue with an older hash of the global workflow. This YAML (dev/ci/cases/sfs/C96mx100_S2S.yaml) was updated at abc041a, and seems to have fixed this issue. I cannot replicate it with develop. If you are still seeing issues with develop, can you share the steps you are taking (i.e. how you are cloning, where you are running, what environmental variables you are setting, what modules are loaded, and then how you invoke create_experiment.py)?
