Scorecard processing

This will probably be the more difficult part of the scorecard effort. Let's discuss the sequence diagram...

Notable points are ....

1. Both the scorecardStatusPage and the ScorecardDisplay should update dynamically by monitoring the scorecard document with blaze template helpers.
2. The threads need to be very lightweight, ergo Go.
3. The processScorecard function execs the job but then returns immediately to the status page, not the display page. That means scorecards are only accessible in the UI from the status page.
4. We are probably going to need a client side route that can display a single scorecard.
