Interactive Scorecard User Meeting October 12th

This to review Additions, new features, and new ideas since the last user meeting.

Things we have added:

1. There is now a prototype at mats-docker-dev although you will need GSL VPN turned on to see it.
2. There is a steel thread that allows a user to add rows, and submit the scorecard although the status display page is still "UNDER CONSTRUCTION"
3. The "Once" and "Recurring" selector is now dynamic allowing the user to select a one-time scorecard or a recurring one. The one-time scorecard presents a date-range selector and the recurring scorecard presents dynamic interval and schedule widgets.
4. The color themes for the scorecard are now selectable and customizable.
5. The scorecard has now implemented tooltips for the selectors (we could use user input for these to make them as clear as possible) although they may not make it into the build on time for this demonstration. If not I will demonstrate them on screen share and promise that they will be deployed on mats-docker-dev in a day or so.
