FIM Dev found an issue where to much of the area in HUC 08010204 and 08010202 are being masked by the levee. The HAND FIM is supposed to allow flooding behind the levee from different NWM Reaches. However when FIM Dev runs NRP FIM, there is FIM behind the levees on their end. So wanted HydroVIS to take a look at this area and see if there is something prohibiting it from drawing
