Reminder to confirm attribute data for input, here, is correct for the cat-27 workflow outlined for 'ngen' build/run. Namely, this param file.

@madMatchstick While technically correct, that cat-27 basin isn't going to make any snow. If you're okay with it, I'll close this issue and track an updated example in issue #23.
