Re-introduce .ncml option for hgr and zgr grid files

The new zgr and hgr classes deal with netcdf variables and functions not the ncml options so supplying an ncml file for these doesn't work at the moment.
If you have this problem and it hasn't been sorted rename the variables in the hgr and zgr file appropriately.
