Commented/disabled climate zones for DOE Prototype measure

Hello all – I am trying to build a DOE prototype using the create_DOE_prototype_building measure for climate zone 5C, and I am seeing that it and a few others (in total: 1B, 5C, 7B, 8B) are currently commented out in the measure code.

Is there a reason why it is not available or advisable to invoke? Could it possible be related to the (relatively recently solved) issue over in the standards gem?
