Describe the bug

Trying to use a temporary for the temp_storage_size, e.g., by calling thrust::device_vector::size(), fails to compile because the algorithms require a non-const lvalue ref.

Repro: cub::DeviceReduce::Reduce(thrust_device_vector.data().get(), thrust_device_vector.size(), ...).
