Noise no longer supported on qpp?

When working through the `01_QEC_Intro.ipynb` exercise 1.3 involves utilizing a custom noise channel. When making use of this, the following warning is issued:

`[warning] [CircuitSimulator.h:844] Applying noise is not supported on qpp simulator.`

Any workarounds?
