missing qubit count variable initialization in docs exampe

qubit count isn't defined in the example code cell on this page
https://nvidia.github.io/cuda-quantum/latest/using/examples/executing_kernels.html

so copying and executing the individual code cell generates an error.

will submit a quick pr to fix this.
