Develop a clear workflow flowchart for the MONAI service notebooks

Currently all the notebooks appear disjointed from the overall workflow, leaving ambiguity about their purpose. Introducing a flowchart outlining the workflow, starting from API calls, ID generation, and updating the configuration file for the viewer/application would enhance clarity.
Additionally, aligning this flowchart with our demo OHIF viewer application could provide valuable context. Without this guidance, users may find it difficult to understand the objectives of running these notebooks.
