[FEA] Add documentation for Numba CUDA debugging #664
Description
Debugging support for Numba CUDA has been released as part of the CUDA Toolkit 13.1 using the cuda-gdb debugger and the Visual Studio Code IDE.
Documentation should be provided for setup and basic debugging, including an example Visual Studio Code workspace to use as a starting point. Providing an example workspace is desirable due to the complexity in correctly setting up the launch.json file for debugging. End users can leverage use this as a starting point for their own projects.
More in-depth examples, exercises, and labs will be developed and posted separately outside of this repository, but the base getting started documentation should be included in Numba CUDA itself.
