It seems that infiniband counters documented in https://enterprise-support.nvidia.com/s/article/understanding-mlx5-linux-counters-and-status-parameters are not visible, such as OOS. We think it's due to the usage of th devx.
Not sure it's the right place to ask for the support. But this has indeed become an obstacle for us when using NVSHMEM.

Thanks for the request. Is it fair to say the main concern you have is lack of observability via IB hardware counters when you use NVSHMEM? We have heard similar feedback from other users. I'll bring this up for discussion with the rest of the team.

Yes，actually we have confirmed this with local NV support and some other cloud supplier. But no place to ask for fixing this.
