Is it possible to create a user without the need to verify the email?

I know that the AWS interface, there is a flag for this ...

For anyone seeing this in the future use admin_create_user instead of register if you want the user confirmed automatically. Otherwise use admin_confirm_sign_up to confirm the user registration.
