Carousel

Announcements were recently added, so what if namelessmc had a built-in carousel feature too, similar to Cesium's?

Users could enable/disable it, add slides to it, etc. from staffcp.

Some general options could be enable/disable the carousel, enable the arrows that users can click to switch slides, and a select option to select what pages the carousel would display on.

Some options per slide could be image URL, enable/disable a link, the link URL, the title, the description, enable/disable title, and enable/disable description.

This is better suited to a module, we can add a "top" option to the widget position setting. I can't see a carousel feature being added to the core as its functionality would be hugely dependent on the template you use.
