StaticYawMisalignment plots will always use default ws_bins for title

First of all thanks for making such an amazing tool available to the public!

Secondly, I would like to report a minor issue in the code. For StaticYawMisalignment, the cos-fitting plots will always use the default ws_bins in their corresponding titles, even when ws_bins has been modified to be any set of values other than: [5.0, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0] m/s.

Upon a quick inspection it seems line #421 might be the one requiring an update to reflect the real wind speed bins employed in the analysis: self.set_values(initial_parameters).
