Address/Create rules regarding AI generated code and pull requests in CONTRIBUTING.md

I figured I would just put this out there. I'm not calling anyone out or claiming anyone has misused it or done anything wrong. I just think it would be a good idea to address it or create rules for it's use in the contributor guidelines.

Don't mind the simplicity of this issue, I wrote it myself without generative AI.
