What correct command NS BUILD ANDROID for signing with Google certificate?

This command support only JSX store https://v7.docs.nativescript.org/tooling/docs-cli/project/testing/build-android , but nobody knows how to upload own key from JSX store to Google, look for example to this post https://stackoverflow.com/questions/78658006/cannot-find-any-provider-supporting-rsa-none-oaepwithsha1andmgf1padding-in-lask , so alternative way sign with certificate Google provided (select first point instead 3).

But how to sign bundle with certificate Google provided?
