Hi,

I’ve just received the email advising the scratchpad sites will be read only later in the year.

Naturally, I want to keep my site going and up to date but I have absolutely no idea how to go about running the site by myself. The email advises that NHM staff will be able to help with this so hopefully I can get set up elsewhere so I’m able to keep the site going.

Thanks,

Barry.

Hi Barry. I'm compiling a list of Scratchpad owners interested in keeping their sites or ones like them going into the future. For that to happen we'll need a new platform. Migrating your site to a private server won't keep Drupal 7 from going moribund, although that might work for a short while. The only longer term solution I see is development of TaxonPages.
