[Bug] If password not set, restore hangs forever

Description
If on the new smartphone we try to restore apps data without inserting the encryption password, the resotre hangs forever without any worning

Steps To Reproduce

1. on old smartphone enable encryption
2. on old smartphone set encryption password
3. on old smartphone take apps and data backup
4. transfer backups to new smartphne
5. on new smartphone enable encryption
6. on new smartphone try to restore app data
7. it hangs forever without any warning/error

Expected behavior
A message saying that the encryption password is missing/wrong
