PluGET 1.7.3 still asks for update.

Describe the bug
PluGET 1.7.3 still says 1.7.2 in the settings.py file and thus says to update it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open PluGET 1.7.3

Expected behavior
Show no update available.

thanks for your Bug report. I checked and i forgot to bump the version one up. It will be resolved in the next update. 😃
pluGET should still function normally.
