We have been using the discord logging feature, but the webhook (or the website logs) seem to be lacking a lot of redemptions.

Spotify redemptions were never logged for us.
Channel: Sodapoppin

The logging on discord vs the website is different, so I'll break it down:

Discord

Currently, only emote related changes are logged (slot add, slot free, swap). It was originally intended for all users to see. I can add more verbose logging that would include all rewards. I'm not really sure how verbose it should be, though. It could just log the redemptions themselves or be more verbose and log the actions (e.g. when emote-only is turned off, or when an emote is removed). I'd argue that the verbose logging should be on the website.

Website

Currently, only slot changes are logged here. This is a bit historical, but I'm fine with adding more stuff here (e.g. all redemptions).

I see. I mainly wanted to log the "SevenTvSwap" action, but it rarely does it for this channel.
For a different streamer it works every time.
^This is my main issue.

Still seems to be an issue when using the Discord webhook.
The website seems to track every emote change, but the webhook does not.
