这个特性解决了什么问题？

在rn中使用glsl语言进行绘图，希望使用webpack-glsl-loader实现glsl代码和js代码分文件保存，以利用编辑器的高亮特性以及更好地项目文件组织

这个 API 长什么样？

config/index.js文件 rn配置节支持webpack chain，类似h5和mini等

不支持。当前版本的 rn 未使用 webpack 打包
