Version error in Philosopher when running "FragPipe-21.1" #484

The analysis library version below has been upgraded.
MSFragger-3.8 -> MSFragger-4.0
IonQuant-1.9.8 -> IonQuant-1.10.12
FragPipe-20.0 -> FragPipe-21.1
philosopher5.0 -> philosopher5.1
I'm running on Linux and unzipped "philosopher_v5.1.0_linux_amd64.zip" and used it. The version at the top of "Philosopher.yml" is still 5.0.0. This too is questionable.
And the error that appears after execution is like this.
2024-02-22 10:55:04,194 ERROR - Philosopher path or version does not exist.
