Python version should >= 3.7

According to README.md:

Install dependencies (with python 3.5, 3.6)

the error protobuf requires Python '>=3.7' but the running Python is 3.6.10 after install dependency pip install -r requirements.txt

This can be solved by first installing protobuf version 3.19.6.

pip install protobuf==3.19.6

It would be better to add the specific version that was used as a requirement. Does anyone know which one was used?
