The development of this project has been discontinued.

Please consider NetTopologySuite.IO.Esri as a replacement.

@FObermaier I understand this, but is it possible to make a stable (nuget) release with the PR's that have been approved and merged?

Second, there is currently no package available with the name NetTopologySuite.IO.Esri on nuget

Here you have correct NuGet package install command:

PM> NuGet\Install-Package NetTopologySuite.IO.Esri.Shapefile
