Conductor scaling

Hello guys, can somebody answer the question about conductor scaling? I want to know how can I scale conductor server?

• Vertical Scaling. I only can increase some server resources like memory or cpu.
• Horizontal Scaling. I can run some the same instances of conductor and hide them over a load balancer(for example nginx) then my conductor-ui or workers can just use nginx endpoint. It would be the best option for me, but I don't know if it is possible or not.

Can somebody give me a clue how do you do this?
