Node stuck on processing after restart and then OOMs #8071

Sync node (Gnosis in my case)
Stop the node shortly after state sync finished (about 20 blocks)
Start the node after some slight downtime (2-3 minutes)
Observe

Expected:
Node progress without an issue

Actual:
Node stucks after processing (rerunning) a few blocks and never continues

Here are some DEBUG logs from the situation:

Feels like something related to prewarming as block is properly prewarmed, caches are cleared but it never moved to actual processing of a block.
