Koordinator klickt auf "Recruit"
Auswahl der Events (z.B. TF, LBL) über checkboxen
Eingabe Haus/Zi.nr., Liste der Zimmer, die noch nicht eingetragen sind
Auswahl "neuer user" bzw. aus Liste der bestehenden user
Auswahl der Aufgaben/Slots

Damit man zu einem Zimmer sieht, ob dieser Bewohner schon eingetragen ist

Bzw. 4/5 tauschen oder auf das selbe UI
