Combat Tab on Combat Board

Issue
When it shows the combat board it wont update the player combat tag timer, and also everytime i will hit a player it will keep blinking the scoreboard as it applies the combat board everytime i hit someone

Expected Behaviour
Add support for combat tag timer placeholder so it will update the timer every millisecond
And while the combat board is showing there is no need to make it show again on each hit, make it show again only if it has been gone.
